What you’ll do:

  • Manage multiple paid social media advertising programs across various social channels — from planning to implementation, to optimization and analysis.
  • Be able to define the strategy and best practices for social media campaigns.
  • Own cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale optimization focusing on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROI.
  • Pull daily sales reports for campaign optimization. Compile monthly reports to track month-to-month growth.
  • Analyze and disseminate key performance data (top of funnel to bottom) and leverage data to evolve tactics and continually improve performance.

Hawk Group Media is an in-house agency located here in, Austin TX. We’re a group of online marketers looking to add to our highly driven team. Our Paid Traffic department is in dire need for a Jr. Media Buyer to help support our growing company.

What we want:

We are currently looking for Jr. Media Buyer who is willing to an expert on any subject in order to recommend the most effective, paid social media advertising strategies and tactics. You will develop, launch, and expand paid efforts across multiple platforms and channels including Google Adwords, Facebook and YouTube. This position will also include direct buys and dedicated emails; familiarity with these mediums is a plus. You must be highly independent while being able to follow instructions and collaborate with a team. Must have a great sense of humor, humility, and willingness to learn. Strong desire to test, perfect, and figure things out, is an absolute must.

This will begin as an hourly position with huge potential to become a full-

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE Experience with social media advertising platforms(Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, and etc.)
  • MUST HAVE advanced experience with targeting techniques available in social media platforms including Power Editor.
  • Highly analytical mindset and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret performance data, analyze campaign CPA goals, and make adjustments to key performance drivers.

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or communications
  • Well-versed in PPC strategies, techniques and concepts
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze data and pull insights
